We have a 14-day refund/return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund. Any returns requested after the 14-day window, will only have the option of receiving store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and receipt of the purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. After your return is received by our warehouse, we will send the refund (minus the original shipping cost. We do not include this in your refund because it pays for your return label) back to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We only accept exchanges for items delivered within 14 days. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and receipt of the purchase. Please contact us if you would like to exchange your most recent purchase. Once the exchange request is accepted, we will send you a return label to ship the original item back to us. After we receive it, we will ship the new item to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns for worn items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
